After installing the app, generate the store locator page if it is missing. What it cannot do is add that page to your menus, because those are yours to arrange. Until you do, the page exists but nobody stumbles onto it.
Add the link
- In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Navigation.
- Pick the menu you want it in. Main menu puts it in the header; a footer menu is the quieter option.
- Click Add menu item and give it a name shoppers will recognise: Store locator, Find us, Stockists, Where to buy.
- In the link field, choose Pages and select your store locator page.
- Drag it into position, then click Save menu.
Finding the page URL
The app shows the address of the page it created on its dashboard, so you can check you are linking the right one, or paste it into a banner or a product description instead of a menu.
What to do next
Want the title to read differently in the menu and on the page? "Modifying the Store Locator Page Title in Shopify" changes the page itself.
Rather have it reachable from every page? The floating button does that without touching your menus.
Stuck on any of this? Open the chat in the bottom right corner of the app and we will help you set it up.
