Store Locator provides the dealer registration form as a read-only HTML snippet.
Step 1: Open the dealer form settings
Open Settings -> Dealer form.
Step 2: Find the installation code
Find Installation on the Dealer form screen.
Step 3: Copy the HTML
Click Copy in the HTML box under Embed code.
Step 4: Add the form to your page
Paste the copied snippet into the page where you want the dealer registration form.
