Every field you add is one more thing between a dealer and a finished submission, and every field you leave out is something you will have to chase later. This is where you strike that balance.
Where the settings are
Go to Settings → Dealer form and find the Form fields card.
What you can change
Order: drag a field by the three-dot handle to its left. Click Save to apply the new order.
Add: click Add element and pick from the list of fields you are not using yet.
Remove: the Remove button takes a field off the form. Nothing is lost, and you can add it back later.
Required: the toggle on a field decides whether a dealer can submit without filling it in. Name and address are always required and cannot be switched off.
If you use the tags field
Tags are what your shoppers filter by, so a dealer picking the wrong ones, or none, shows up on your map wrongly. Two settings control how that field works, both under Settings then Tags: whether tags use OR or AND, and whether they are hidden, shown as checkboxes, or shown in a select field.
