Plans are sized by how many locations you put on the map. Nearly everything else about the locator, the five map providers, the styles, tags, groups, the dealer form, translations and the analytics, is the same on all of them. Only a few features depend on the plan, and they are listed below.
The plans
Free: one location. Enough to see the app working on your own storefront.
Basic, $9.99 a month: up to 100 locations.
Standard, $19.99: up to 500.
Premium, $29.99: up to 2,000.
Business, $49.99: up to 5,000.
Pro, $89.99: up to 10,000.
Corporate, $169.99: up to 20,000.
Paying yearly takes 10% off. You can see where you stand, and how much of your allowance is used, on the Plans page in the app.
The thing that is not about size
Standard and above: address autocomplete on the public dealer form.
Business and above: dealer self-edit links and auto-accepting dealer edits.
Pro and above: the API for syncing locations from your CRM, ERP or database.
If you want one of these, that is a reason to move up regardless of how many locations you have.
What happens at the limit
The limit is on how many locations you can have, so an import that would take you past it is what runs into it, rather than your map going dark. The app tells you which plan covers the number you are trying to load.
What to do next
Not sure how many locations you have? The Locations page counts them, and the Plans page shows the count against your allowance.
Changing plan is on the Plans page, and Shopify handles the charge on your usual bill.
