This article is about the new look. What a customer sees when they open one of your locations, and the order of the list, are set in Settings → Location content.
Step 1: Pick the detail fields
Location details lists the fields in the order customers see them. Drag to reorder, remove a field, or click Add element to add one. The name is always shown.
The built-in fields are: name, image, address, opening hours, additional note, phone, e-mail, fax, get directions button, open website button, media buttons (your social links), tags, show more, and show products. Show products needs the Premium plan or above.
If you never changed these fields on the classic look, the new look shows its own nine: name, image, address, opening hours, additional note, phone, e-mail, open website button and get directions button. If you had picked your own fields, the new look keeps your choice. If you switch back to the classic look, the classic default fields the new look set aside, such as fax, media buttons and tags, come back.
Step 2: Set the list order
List order sets the order of locations before a customer searches: Name A to Z, Name Z to A, Priority highest first, Newest first, or Oldest first. A search, or finding the customer, sorts by distance instead. Locations with a high priority lead the list and get a Featured badge.
Step 3: Add your own fields
Custom fields are your own fields, such as a manager's name or parking notes. Create one here, then add it to the location details above to show it on the map. Fill it in per location on the Locations page. Translate its name in Languages → Custom fields.
Opening hours
Opening hours give each location an Open or Closed badge, with Likely open or Likely closed when the hours cannot be judged for sure, and show when it opens or closes next. Opening hours on your locations explains how to enter them.
