This article is about the new look. For 30 days after you switch to it, you can go back to the classic look with one click, and your theme and pages need no changes.
Step 1: Open the Classic look section
Open Settings → Publish and scroll to the bottom. The Classic look section says the date after which you can no longer switch back.
Step 2: Switch back
Click Switch back to the classic look. Pick what made you switch back: A feature I need is missing, The look or the layout, My store page broke, It's slow or buggy, or Something else. You can add a note under What should we fix? (optional). Click Switch back.
Your store shows the classic look again right away. Reload your storefront page to see it.
If your store was installed on the new look, it has no classic look to go back to, so the section does not appear.
What is kept
Your locations, tags, groups, custom fields and marker styles, untouched.
Your settings as they are now. Settings both looks share, such as the map style or the distance unit, keep any change you made on the new look, and the location popup fields the new look set aside come back.
Your new look settings, such as the colours and the map text, so a later switch starts where you left off.
Your theme and your pages: nothing is rewritten. Map code you replaced with the new code keeps working and shows the classic map.
After 30 days
When the date has passed, the Classic look section disappears and the store keeps the new look. If something on the new look does not work for you, open the chat and tell us what it is.
Switching to the new look again
The new look card is on Settings → Installation. After a switch back it no longer shows on the Dashboard. Switching again starts a new 30-day window.
